Chelsea are set to offer Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos a five-year-deal with wages of £125,000-a-week, which makes them the favorite over Barcelona, Real Madrid, and possibly Manchester United. The 24-year-old midfielder has fallen out of favour at in Munich and is currently starting for Germany in Brazil.
