Manchester United is planning a take-it-or-leave-it offer of £20million for Borussia Dortmund centre-half Mats Hummels. The 25-year-old German is at the top of new manager Louis Van Gaal"s target list, but the Dutch manager doesn"t want to miss out on other potential replacements for the departed Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic.
