FC Koln defender Kevin Wimmer confirmed to the "Daily Mirror" that he has signed a deal with Spurs and will make the rumoured £5million move this summer: "I am going to Tottenham, it is the next step in my development. I don’t mind whether they make the Europa League. I go to Tottenham to go to the next level."
