According to the "Independent", Arsenal are keeping tabs on Borussia Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan. It is unsure if Mkhitaryan will return to Dortmund next season, and Arsenal would like to add him during this off-season has they look to offload some of their players.
