Wolfsburg are reportedly ready to offer Chelsea £23million for winger Andre Schurrle in an effort to beat Borussia Dortmund to the German international. Schurrle has only made five starts for the league leaders this season and has seemingly fallen out of favour with Jose Mourinho.
