Wolfsburg's general manager told the "Express" that a move for Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle has yet to be finalised as the two sides struggle to reach an agreement over his transfer fee: "There is no agreement at the moment...The clock is running out. Our options are getting less hour by hour. It depends on money. We still would like to sign him."
