Liverpool are readying a £25million bid for Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle in January after Jose Mourinho told the German he can seek a transfer out after failing to impress. The 24-year-old has scored 11 goals in 54 appearances, but has only appeared in four Premier League matches this season.
